Our team has experience in land use and strategic community issues throughout every part of the state and at all levels of government. We have developed general plans and ordinances in communities similar to Manila for years, with clients that include Mayfield, Brian Head Town, Parowan, Toquerville, LaVerkin, and Rockville (and of course, Daggett County).
Our professional focus is on strategic community development. As certified planners, we partner with landscape architects, infrastructure engineers, and real estate developers – but we don’t pretend to be them. We know how local governments work, and we are always looking for ways to help them work better. We are the only private consultants that are funded by the State of Utah to provide land use law training.
